Delete your EVIA login

If you use EVIA at work, you can delete the login you sign in with, from the app or from the web.

How

  1. In the EVIA app, open Home, then Account, then Delete my login. Or go to app.eviatalent.com/delete-account and sign in.
  2. Enter your password again to confirm it’s you.
  3. Press Delete my login. It happens straight away and can’t be undone.

If you can’t sign in, for example because you’ve left the business, email admin@eviatalent.com from the address you sign in with, and we’ll delete it for you.

What goes

  • The email and password you sign in with. Nobody can sign in with them again.
  • Every place you’re signed in, including the app on your phone.
  • Notifications to your phone.

What your business keeps

  • Your staff record: your details, shifts, hours, timesheets, training and anything recorded about your work. A business has to keep it, for pay and tax, for at least seven years after your employment ends.
  • Your messages, and your reactions and votes, with your name on them.

To have the record itself removed, ask whoever owns the business. They decide what they hold, and they can ask us for help. The privacy policy says more.
